Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete foundation work
- Install framing, roofing, and siding systems with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, levels) safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers) on integrated systems
- Complete daily site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction machinery
- Ability to read architectural drawings and measurements
- Strong physical stamina for lifting (up to 75 lbs) and outdoor work
- Local Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area residency required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50-mile radius
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
