Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades
- Complete material handling and inventory management duties
- Document daily progress and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Pre-employment drug screening required
