Responsibilities
- Execute precise carpentry, masonry, and concrete work per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on residential/commercial builds
- Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling
- Assist with demolition, framing, and finishing tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and blueprint interpretation skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends for urgent projects
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
