Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and OSHA standards
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Conduct material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction terminology
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for tardiness
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and flexible schedules
