Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain impeccable site safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verified construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL license preferred (not mandatory)

- Strong blueprint reading and mathematical calculation skills
