Responsibilities
- Execute diverse physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) and hand tools with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project timelines
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Assist skilled trades in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support sustainable construction practices and waste reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
