Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Inspect materials for quality compliance
- Report safety hazards and maintain equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class A/B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Must have reliable transportation
