Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform site preparation, grading, and excavation work
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and minor maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Proficient in blueprint reading and material estimation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
