Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Install scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians)
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Heavy equipment operation experience (CPC/CDC preferred)
- Drug-free workplace compliance
