Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Install and frame structural components according to blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and saws
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks
- Apply waterproofing, insulation, and drywall installations
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
- Blueprint reading and layout experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Prior commercial/residential project experience preferred
