Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including carpenters, electricians, and engineers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in project planning and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and heavy machinery operation license
- Proficiency reading technical drawings and construction plans
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
