Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install/assemble scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers
- Perform material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
