Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Inspect materials for quality and safety standards
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
