Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Install formwork, rebar, and concrete per engineering specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documentation
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradesmen on complex builds
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends on project deadlines
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
