Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery safely (backhoes, excavators, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class A CDL license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across OK/TX
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
