Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts)
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise construction plans
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as project demands
