Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Read and interpret technical blueprints
- Perform site cleanup and safety compliance checks
- Assist skilled tradesmen in specialized tasks
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA and local building codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Class A or B driver's license preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification a plus
- Experience with concrete/masonry work
- Background check required
