Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain job site equipment and materials
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbers on integrated projects
- Adhere to strict environmental compliance and waste management procedures
- Perform site cleanup and hazardous material handling as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction materials
