Responsibilities
- Execute carpentry, masonry, and concrete work with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Assist with site preparation, demolition, and material handling
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians)
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early start times (5:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
