Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and masonry tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with material prep
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and safety compliance checks
- Read construction plans and communicate with site supervisors
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor or skilled trades experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts
- Pass background/drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
