Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Construct foundational structures, formwork, and concrete installations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex commercial builds
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to maximize operational efficiency
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Blueprint reading and material estimation expertise
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality record
- Pass pre-employment physical and background screening
