Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, excavators) and heavy machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and finishing work
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
