Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks per blueprints and project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, etc.) with proper certification
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization standards
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Inspect and maintain construction equipment daily
- Complete accurate timekeeping and progress reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification mandatory
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Experience with concrete work, framing, or demolition preferred
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT as needed)
