Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with certification
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and installation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA regulations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Participate in team briefings and project milestone reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience in commercial/residential settings
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
