Responsibilities
- Execute skilled carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trade professionals
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with construction site layout and measurements
