Responsibilities
- Execute skilled trade tasks including carpentry, masonry, and concrete finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Read and interpret blueprints for residential/commercial projects
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex build schedules
- Perform site preparation and demolition work efficiently
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction labor experience in skilled trades
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
