Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Install scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and installation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard prevention
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
