Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and masonry work per blueprints
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems under supervision
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and project managers
- Perform finish carpentry and drywall installation
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- State-issued heavy equipment operator license
- Ability to read architectural blueprints
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of local building codes
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid Florida driver's license
