Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for precise circuit layouts
- Ensure strict OSHA and NEC compliance on all job sites
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers for seamless execution
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor control, and PLC systems
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting skills with multimeters and circuit testers
- Reliable transportation and tools for field work
