Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for project implementation
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment
- Manage tool inventory and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance to apprentices when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends for emergency calls
