Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Manage projects from conception to completion within budget constraints
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and building inspectors
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Massachusetts electrician license (Master/Journeyman)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
