Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with NEC and DC regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead and coordinate projects with apprentices and junior electricians
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and local building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical consultation
- Document project progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid DC Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, power distribution, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and NFPA 70E standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean record
