Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Wisconsin state electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for efficient task completion
- Perform safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Document work progress and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and blueprints
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
