Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure full compliance with NEC and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Document all work per safety protocols and client requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in PLC systems and VFD troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proven track record of completing projects on schedule
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
