Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Train junior electricians on best practices and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience (commercial/residential)
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and load calculations
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Experience with solar panel installation a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
