Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Supervise apprentices and junior electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and building management teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of journey-level electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
