Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure full compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors and building managers
- Document work progress and maintain safety logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid New Mexico Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in troubleshooting transformers, motors, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient lighting systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with industrial automation systems preferred
