Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead junior electricians on complex projects
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Document work orders and maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency in troubleshooting high/low voltage systems
- Experience with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- Strong understanding of renewable energy systems (solar/battery)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
