Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency plumbing services during after-hours and weekends as required
- Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain organized workspace
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Texas state license
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial plumbing systems and repairs
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe, drain, and fixture issues
- Familiarity with trenchless pipe repair and modern plumbing technologies
- Certification in backflow prevention and water treatment systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
