Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code-compliant installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pumps, and sewer systems
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and contractors
- Ensure adherence to DC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Active DC Master Plumber license required
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and system troubleshooting
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong knowledge of DC plumbing codes, EPA regulations, and green building standards
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work independently and in physically demanding environments
