Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for large-scale projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent plumbing failures
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and new technologies
- Manage material inventory and project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid state plumbing license (IL or CA)
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Expertise in copper, PEX, and PVC piping systems
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
