Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Proven expertise with water supply systems, drainage systems, and pipe fitting
- Familiarity with backflow prevention devices and water treatment systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
