Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency calls with rapid response capabilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid District of Columbia plumbing license
- Expertise in water heater, sewer line, and pipe repair
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screening required
