Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Lead emergency service calls and plumbing system overhauls
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials/equipment
- Train apprentices on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Document all work orders and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Master Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Proven expertise in water line repairs, fixture installation, and backflow prevention
- OSHA 10 certification and knowledge of EPA lead-safe practices
- Strong diagnostic skills for gas/electrical plumbing systems
- Commercial project management experience
- Clean driving record and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
