Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with Washington state plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on renovation/new construction projects
- Perform emergency repairs during on-call rotations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington state plumbing license (or reciprocity)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and emergencies
