Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent project communication
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Texas license
- Proven expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater repair
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience reading blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
