Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Interpret blueprints and building codes for compliance
- Manage inventory and order materials for efficient project completion
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication
- Maintain clean, safe work environments per OSHA standards
- Mentor junior technicians and share industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid WA state license
- Expertise in water heaters, pipefitting, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing emergencies
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
