Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades on complex builds
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (forklift, bobcat)
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and interpret construction documents
- Manage inventory and maintain organized job sites
- Complete daily quality inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Willingness to travel within DFW metro area
