Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead foresight workshops to align stakeholders on future strategic priorities
- Produce whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading publications
- Advolve AI/ML models to enhance predictive accuracy of future scenarios
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies for organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency with AI forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful foresight projects
