As a key member of our Future Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D innovators, and global thought leaders to develop actionable foresight frameworks. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, market positioning, and organizational resilience in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and future-state impact assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to stakeholders including board members and venture partners
- Design organizational resilience strategies for volatile future scenarios
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex future concepts
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate foresight into action
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) strongly preferred
